FAQS for 2024 in-person Bolt
Q. How do I register?
A. Online registration is October 1st thru 3:00pm CST on November 24. In-person registration will be available Nov 25 & 26 (noon - 6pm) and Nov 27 (10am-3pm) at The Temple (5015 Harding Pike, Nashville, TN 37205).
Q. When and Where do I pick up my T-shirt and race number?
A. The 2024 race t-shirts* will be available at race week packet pick up at The Temple (5015 Harding Pike, Nashville, TN 37205). *T-shirts are only guaranteed to the first 5,500 participants who pick up their race packet and sizes are first-come-first-served.

Thursday, 11/28 - in the St. George’s parking lot (4715 Harding Pike, Nashville, TN 37205)- Race numbers and chips will be available before the race, and shirts will be available after the race.

Q. What is the cost of the race?
A. Registration Fees are Per Person: October 1 - November 24 - $45; November 25-27 - $56; Race Day - $67 (Individuals wanting to be timed, there is an additional $6.00 for race chip) EVERYONE ON THE BOULEVARD MUST REGISTER! We have not increased our race fee - the difference this year is that processing fees are now shown in registration price.
Q. What time does the race start and where? Where do I park?
A. The Boulevard Bolt will begin at 8:00 a.m. (CST). The start and finish line are on Belle Meade Boulevard just outside of the St. George’s parking lot. (4715 Harding Pike, Nashville, TN 37205)
Limited parking with shuttle service is available at The Temple (5015 Harding Pike). There is also additional parking available from our friends at Belle Meade United Methodist Church (121 Davidson Rd, Nashville). There will be 6,000+ people so parking will be limited please allow ample time to park and make your way to the course.
Q. Is there a group or family rate?
A. No, only individual registration is available.
Q. How do I get a race chip?
A. Race chips will be available to the first 1,000 who register for a chip. The chips will be attached to your race bib. Please note that there is a $6.00 per chip charge that is to be paid at registration.
Final results will be posted by midnight November 29. Individual CHIPPED runners will be able to see their rank in real-time via a QR code on their bib.
Q. Are strollers, bikes and animals allowed on the racecourse?
A. The Boulevard Bolt does NOT allow strollers, bikes, skates, animals, etc. on the Boulevard during the event. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is a necessity to keep the thousands of participants as safe as possible.
Q. Who benefits from the proceeds?
A. All proceeds from the event go to agencies in Nashville which offer services to the homeless. See the Beneficiaries page for past recipients. NASHVILLE NEEDS US MORE THAN EVER - please consider a donation to our homeless neighbors - all registration fees are 100% tax deductible.
Q. What is the distance of the race?
A. The Boulevard Bolt is a certified USATF 5-mile course, down and back on Belle Meade Boulevard.
Q. How do I become a sponsor?
A. If you are interested in being a sponsor for 2025, please email us at molly@boulevardbolt.org by September 30, 2025.
